The first picture has three feeders, a soy-sauce bottle feeder that is great, but the bottle may no longer be available, a feeder made with the top of a Christmas candy-cane novelty toy that is probably great, but hasn't been tried out yet, and a feeder made from a sauce bottle and a prescription pill container. This feeder is TOTALLY AWESOME. The birds love it, it doesn't drip or attract tons of bees, it is fast to clean, economical to a fault, and easy to make for anyone with rudimentary craft skills. 3/32 Drill bit size!
There is a picture of a Hummer using the pill bottle feeder in the posting "feeders from the Recycle Pile from the September 2012 archive of this very site. The bottle was a miniature wine bottle, but the pill bottle was the same clear plastic that hummers seem to home in on. These feeders simply amazed me last Fall. They go anywhere, don't break, I LOVE 'em!!!!!!!
