Ross’s I would say on the basis of its tiny size and shortish bill though I’d need a better view of the latter to be sure.
 
Looks like a Ross's to me based on size comparison in pic 1 and what looks like a small bill and head shape in other pics. I guess a Ross's x Snow hybrid could also be considered, but would need better pics to be sure.
 
Here's a better size comparison. I'm leaning Ross's. The bill seemed maybe a tiny bit long, but had more of a vertical base and minimal dark grin.
