Slimbridge (1 Viewer)

As some of you will already know, WWT has updated its website. Slimbridges page now has a good up to date sightings section giving all the sightings for the day.

Yes, this is really useful. I went there yesterday and had some ideas what to expect. I was also able to check what I had seen later against the day's sightings - and had a bit of help in identifying the Redshanks.

I understand that some Bewick swans are there already, indicating a hard winter to come? Is this likely?

have booked to stop over at Stonehouse Travelodge near to Slimbridge on Monday Dec 17th. Will be travelling up there from Westhay that morning. So going to Slimbridge on the Monday or the Tuesday. Anyone likely to be there and wish to meet?
