Yellow belied slider. We have them in Cardiff bay too

Be careful Ken, I tried to ask for an id on something similar last year and got several scrots telling me how important it is that they're napalmed.

They probably should be in fairness, they do a lot of unrealised damage to native species. A an old mate of mine who was a warden at a local park, would despatch them at every, given opportunity.

All too late. Present in +/- all London water bodies. I think I've seen 3 species...

No not really. Unclear what impact these non-natives are having, at least in London. Clearly they compete with some of the (other) introduced fauna...

I think I'm more concerned about all the pollution. Plastic in wet wipes !!!
