I like the solid blocks of orange. It’s vaguely painted lady but you can see why it’s a different family than other European butterflies

Great birds Chris. I have added to my local list this year and have a total of 124 for Veliko Tarnovo. I'm contemplating a visit to some fishponds about 54 km north of of Samovodene; it could give me a few birds that I don't see here, viz herons, terns and waders.
