Scarlet or Western Tanager? Miami, Florida 9/26/2021 (1 Viewer)

Stumped on this bird, originally thought to be a Scarlet Tanager but a photo taken by another birder makes it seem like a Western Tanager. Could I get some confirmation? The IDs the other birder went by were the white on the wings and the orange base on the bill (which apparently is more yellow on the Scarlet Tanager based on Crossley's Guide)

I vote scarlet. No hint of dark back saddle of Western. Sibley shows female scarlet plumage can be more or less like this with whitish in the wings. Ditto shows that female bill isn't grey like male
