1) Southern (pale leading edge)?

2) Southern (bill tip colour)?

3) Southern (bill tip colour)?

4) Northern (bill tip colour)?

5) juvenile Northern (bill tip colour)?

1 the bird on the seal is Southern, as are most others, but look like at least one northern

2 southern - green bill tip

3 and 4 correct

6 is a younger bird, with some colour to the bill, I’d go northern or mixed giant petrel

Thanks a lot--I'll soon update the media accordingly (although I'd rather play it safe with the first one and only tag Southern and also leave the last one as it is).

For what it is worth: ebird shows a good deal more Northern than Southern at this location, but still significant numbers of Southern.
