Nicobar Pigeon on Koh Tao? (1 Viewer)

Happy Christmas folks. On ebird there is a record from July this year of 2 Nicobar Pigeons on Koh Tao. Is this a case of mistaken identity or do they sometimes occur there? Assuming it is an error, are they possible to see on any of the Thai islands accessible in July/August? (I don't think it's possible to get to the Similan Islands during those months).

They're nomadic, island hoppers so they can turn up anywhere I'd guess, no idea what you'd confuse one with?
