Carman - June 13-23
Another wet week, not much birding this week.
Mosquitoes are getting worse, anytime I stopped they would swarm me. Was using Deep Woods Off, it kept me from being bit but the mosquitoes would swarm around my face. Taking pictures was not a lot of fun with these mosquitoes flying in my eyes, nose and ears.
I did see a few adult Robins attacking juvenile Robins, and think it may have been mama Robin's chasing off their offspring.
Also noted a number of different birds feeding their young right at the feeders. Found this a little amusing as the food was just inches from the fledglings beaks but they still clamored to be fed.
Trees are in full leaf now so seeing the birds is much more difficult.

Stephenfield 21 June
Didn't get to Stephensfield until later in the day due to rain. But it turned out to be quite nice after the rain passed. Only saw 2 other people the entire time I was there.
A Red Tailed Hawk posed nicely for me on a telephone pole, but I must have accidentally deleted the pictures.
Flowers were blooming nicely, mosquitoes were pretty bad, once it warms up overnight they will be terrible.
Saw a chipping sparrow taking a bath, was rather interesting to watch.
Walked the trails for about 3 hours, it was beautiful and peaceful.
Attached a few pictures of the park.
