Yes, little bittern, but not a juvenile. I think probably adult female, but I wouldn't rule out some unsexable immature stage.
Knowing the date is helpful.

Little bitterns are (relatively) tiny! - all ages are the same size after leaving the nest. Juvenile plumage is quite different from this.
