Hello ALL, i am going down to lincolnshire for my Hols in September, i just wondered if anyone could recommend a few sites i could visit whilst im down there, i think the autumn passage will be getting underway about the time i'm there so it should be good around coastal sites, but also i'd like to visit a few inland sites, any idea's?
much appreciated ... ... Thanks ... ...

The obvious and well known ones. Gibraltar point, Freiston Shore and Frampton Marsh all on the coast and which are along the Lincolnshire side of the Wash. Whisby Nature Park inland south west of Lincoln. Look at the Lincolshire Trust website for details of other smaller inland reserves. Do a "google" for other sites but the above four are the main coastal sites. Enjoy the holiday break. B :)

If you're up in the north-east of the county, then Donna Nook and Rimac on the coast and Covenham Reservoir just inland are all worth a look.

Rich.
