Irian Jaya and Bali (1 Viewer)

Hi, Just joined this fun site. My wife and I are leaving in 2 days for a month in Irian Jaya and 1 week in the Ubud, Bali area. It's a private guided cultural trip to the upper Digul River watershead, Baliem Valley, and Biak-Yapen Island areas. I'm bringing my bino's and bird books and just was wondering if anyone had any interesting tidbits that might be of help. I've birded Queensland a few times but this is our first time to New Guinea and Bali. Needless to say, we're quite excited. Hope to hear from a few of you with any thoughts. Once again, great site.
