Guess these birds, I live in Texas!:eat:

I think the first is a Great Crested Flycatcher. I would favour this over Ash-throated based on colour intensity of underparts and tertial pattern, with the caveat that I've not seen Ash-throated myself.

Second looks like Dickcissel.
