Wondering if I can get any information on this bird.
The small ring has San Sebastian on it among other things.
Seen at the S'Albufera Reserve.

Looks like your bird was ringed just across the water in Catalonia. Not sure about the metal ring writing: SAN SEBAS....... can't see a T next....
