Fuscus with black legs - UK

Any thoughts on this most welcome. It really did have dark slate grey legs.

i guess its stood in something? but its a Lesser Black Back.
thanks. This is a zoomed in slightly grainy digi image but I saw it well through the scope and what the image shows is the actual leg colour not some external effect. I've never seen fuscus of any persuasion with dark slate grey coloured legs, has anyone else?
