Vacillating here, primary pattern looks kind of promising, but is the head grey enough, bill small enough?

Didn't go through the pics till the return leg on Scillonian, and didn't reckon it made the grade. In better viewing conditions now I'm home, indoors and out of the sun, on phone instead of BoC, I'm beginning to wonder.

These are the best pics, I have a few more available if required.
