Canon 10x42L, line in prism in one barrel? (1 Viewer)

Just received a 10x42L and on inspection I noticed in the left barrow (or right barrel when viewing from objective end) there's a thin line in the prism that doesn't exist in the right barrel. It seems too perfect of a line for it to be a scratch or defect, yet I'd also expect to see one in the other barrow. Can someone else let me know if they see it in theirs? You need a bright flashlight and just the right angle to see it, but see my pic.View attachment IMG_5096.jpg

Maybe a prism edge that shows after the collimation procedure.

But it doesn't seem to impact the image.

Does it show anything when looking through the binocular normally?

Looking near a street light at night are there any signs of glare in either barrel?
