Great shot!! Don't run down the zoom lens, sometimes it's the only way to get macro shots.
 
Cheers Mike - at the time, the 70-210 f4 was all I had with me. I'd have liked to get right into the eyeballs, like my Praying Mantis, but didnt have the macro lens with me
