The people at Habitat Bohol (the butterfly garden) https://www.facebook.com/HabitatBoholWildlifeAdventure used to be able to contact him. But when I was there both in February and May 2016 they said they couldn't get hold of him. You might try, though. Could be that he just wasn't available the times I was there. They are in touch with other people who know some about the birds, but I'm not sure about the expertise of the other guides they know.
