Black-tailed Godwit islandica? (1 Viewer)

August 8, 2022. Salinas de Bonanza, south of the Iberian Peninsula.

Between three Black-winged Stilt (Himantopus himantopus), a Redshank (Tringa totanus) and three Black-tailed Godwits of subspecies limosa (Limosa limosa limosa) in winter plumage, another Godwit more corpulent and with the plumage still quite reddish stood out.

Could it be of the subspecies islandica?

It's a juvenile, and the others are in non-breeding plumage. Hence I doubt that it would be easy to assign a race to any of them.
