Best place to buy MM4 60 SDLv3 USA (1 Viewer)

I'm wondering what the best place to buy a MM4 60 angled with SDLv3.
I'd rather buy used, and am watching and waiting but in the meantime may buy new to not lose the fall wildlife viewing.

I have looked at optics4birding and optics planet, and they seem similar though optics4birding don't seem to charge tax for out of state.

Are there other retailers I should be looking at? Thanks
