B & B near to Chichester Sought

A long shot at short notice. I am looking for a cheap simple B & B near to Chichester for this Saturday, 18th September. Does anyone know of one they would recommend?

Not looking for anything fancy.

I usually see many "Vacancy" signs when visiting Chichester. Unfortunately I unwittingly selected the weekend of the Goodwood Festival of Speed, AND the last days of the Southampton Boat Show to seek accommodation, with spectacularly negative results.

Ended up driving home and returning on the following Monday for high tide.

Now I am looking for a motorhome.
