Hi everyone, I just wondered whether these are nightingales. I know they've been heard in this area (West Sussex, UK) before now but having compared and contrasted with birdsong recordings online, I'm still not sure. Thanks.

Its a Robin. I am asked the same question. every year! Robins and many other thrushes or thrush-like species - including Nightingales - often sing at night.
