3-note Whistle ID, Guangxi, China (1 Viewer)

I know sounds can be tough, but this seems like a fairly distinctive call. That being said, I couldn't find a match in a lot of searching online.
It is a 3-note whistle, repeated twice in the song clip. The second note is lower than the first note, followed by a longer, higher 3rd note (see photo of sonogram).
Habitat was hilly forested area at 300m elevation in Guangxi, China.
