Immature Herring or LBBG? Saskatoon - Canada

I can't tell if this is a Herring gull or lesser black backed gull. Dark smudges on upper back, noticably dark eye spot. Please help!

Herring Gull with grey head (aberrant)? (Dutch coast, IJmuiden, July 6th 2023)

Riverdancing?

Actually, this is wormdancing. I googled it and discovered that gulls do this "tapdancing" in imitation of the sound of rain on the ground, as an attempt to bring worms up to the surface.

Large Gull Challenge - 50 shades of grey!!

All birds were seen this week in Madrid: The first bird is a 2cy LBBG. The second bird is a 2cy YLG. The third bird has characteristics of a 2cy HG: Heavy bicolored bill, is the lightest of the three, heavy streaking on the head. Comments appreciated.
