EL SV/FP with glasses

Does anyone else find the total lack of any perceivable curvature in the view of the SV series to be as spectacular as I do, assuming you’re not bothered by globe effect when panning, I’m fortunate to not see it. I’m not sure how much I learned with the difference in magnification, but it was fun directly comparing them, wish I still had my 10X42 SF in the mix also. The focus action on the NL is far superior, and the CA control is slightly better, but the EL holds its own and then some. For the overall... -

CA in the 10X42 NL Pure and EL SV
What do those of you that have spent some time directly comparing these two think, is the AllBinos assessment accurate, or did you have a different experience ? Are all 10X42 EL SV models the same optically in your opinion, those that have directly compared them ? -

Minox BD 10x44 BP
I took these today hand holding my IPhone 13 up to the binocular, the amazing apparent sharpness/resolution of this binocular isn’t at all being captured, but you get the idea, they we’re closed out in the $179-$220 range a few years ago. Neither of the two images were edited. -

With the new Noctivid there has been a lot said about contrast, what is the proper amount of contrast for an optical device, probably about what the naked eye sees if you want a neutral view.
