Genus: Ptilopachus

Description

Two species of Francolins/Partridges from Africa.

Taxonomy

Ptilopachus is a monotypic genus in the family Odontophoridae.
It was formerly placed in the family Phasianidae and Nahan's Francolin was placed in the genus Francolinus.
