    Orion 8-24mm Pro Lanthanum Zoom

    hmmm, well the specs say 20mm Eye Relief, 40-60 FOV which isn't wide angle but not out of line. Plus it's parfocal, ED Lanthanum glass and about $100 bucks less than the Baader. It's piqued my interest that's for sure.

I currently have the WO Optics Zoom II and in order for it to focus I replaced the factory PENTAX plastic bushing which allowed the EP to drop into the scope further.     Orion Stratus 8mm or Vixen 7mm EPs with PF65AII

    You will like it. I was using mine just this morning watching some neighborhood birds. Some Swallows, Junkos, and Redpoles. It's a nice zoom on the little Pentax.

    PF65EDAII - Is anyone getting great views at plus 35x??
