    Well yes, if the grants are for specific purposes then it'd already be considered restricted income in the accounts. However can you honestly say that you don't think the reasons for changing the treatment need to be questioned? There must be a reason to change it and in a democracy we deserve...

    Great Northern Diver at Salford Quays

    Great Northern Diver has been at Salford Quays since mid-December. Went to see it on my lunch today and despite the rough water caught it diving a few times on the Central bay.

    Unfortunately it appears that this bird has injured its left foot. I couldn't get a screenshot but it was hopping on it's nest with it in almost a half closed position.

    Join in the world's largest wildlife survey (RSPB)

    The weather in Lancs is absolutely shocking today, it's extremely windy so unsurprisingly our plans have had to change. Fingers crossed it'll be better tomorrow.

    Hi I am really new to birding as a hobby so not yet, previously my interest has been seeing the birds in the garden and learning about those. It is definitely something I am now considering having read all of the posts in the thread as it will add another dimension to my interest.
