    Had a great day in the Lakes. Turned up without booking at 10am at Esthwaite, the guy was really helpful and set us up with lifejackets and an electric boat. £20 for as long as we wanted. Did a circuit of the water and had brief views of 2 adults as they flew over the nest - chicks were...

    Hoping to visit the Lakes tomorrow with family in tow - where's best to see the Ospreys fishing? I spent some time there earlier in the year and they were around the nest site but weren't fishing -they flew over the hills to the south for ages. Any advice on where/when to see them fishing...
