    Moths and midges

    You'll end up with a shed load of midges (and moths) in your trap. SWMBO left the landing light on with the window open the other night and the ceiling was black with midges.

    does any BOP take adult mink? that you know of?

    He saw it in Dumfries and Galloway and is an experienced observer, he had a good view of it. I guess it could have been weed/nesting material but I think he'd know the difference.

    Sparrowhawk aren't massive scavengers so its likely it made the kill.

    does any BOP take adult mink? that you know of?

    A friend recently saw an osprey carrying what he thought was a small black cat - I thought it more likely that it was a mink caught as it crossed a body of water.
