Hope I named him right (Contopus sordidulus)

Hopefully I have the name, was hiking on my own when I saw this fellow, and if it is indeed a Western Wood Peewe then it will be the first I've I'd on my own. If it isn't won't be anything new, as I am horrible with flycatchers.

Found in woods and canyons. In my area they are usually seen along or near river beds.

San Pedro River, Hereford, Arizona, USA
Date taken

Stanley, thanks for the confirmation.
And thank you all for the comments.

Beautiful image, Lisa. The Eastern variety is fairly easy to identify from their call/song, and they sing almost constantly.

Beautiful capture, Lisa, and congratulations! You have a lot Flycatcher more species to keep track of than we have.
