Its with great sadness in my heart to inform you that my great friend and Birdforum stalwart, Donny Taylor passed away last night...Not only was Donny a great photographer, but he was a beautiful human being too...RIP buddy, fly high.

such sad news, Mali. I obviously never met Donny but in this still rather short time I joined the forum, I truly enjoyed his lovely photos and friendly comments. My thoughts go to his family and friends.

Such sad news - I really feel for you and his family Mali.

He does leave behind a wonderful legacy in his beautiful pictures of the wildlife he enjoyed so much - and that's apart from his lovely children and grandkids.

Please pass on my condolences to his family.

Three superb pictures of Donny, Mali. I am glad you have pictures of him though I am sure he lives in your heart as well. All of birdforum will be worst off without him, but we all are better off having known him, even though it was only virtual for us.
