I love the eye, the pose, the composition and how close you managed to get to it. I also like how the bright greenish background matches the yellowish hues on this cute little bird.
 
I just love these little Empidonax flycatchers, until I have to put a name on them (lol). Fabulous close-up of this little cutie. TFS MMF!
I think this is the only Empidonax that frequents my location, and they lumped the Pacific-slope with the Cordilleran, which makes my job easier 😃

I heard this bird's short whistle, and I waited for a moment. Luckily, it landed about 4 meters away at eye level, with no branches in the way!
