Better not go fishing
A couple of weekends ago we decided to go up to Glenshee to see if, for once, I could get a glimpse of Ptarmigan in their winter dress. But, as usual, as we climbed to the top the cloud was right down to the road.

Cup of coffee later, we changed tack and decided to take the long road home by a sweet glen at the top of Glen Isla called Glen Forter.

We had lunch beside the River Isla in the company of a cheeky Pied Wagtail. First he was one side of the car and try as he might Ken couldn't get a picture of him... he was just so mobile. Then he came to my side so I gave it a go. Eventually got him as he tried to read the sign!
