I am not 100 percent sure of the ID, any input/corrections would be appreciated.

Looks like a Herring Gull. With those black wingtips, definitely not a Glaucous Gull.
 
great aerial capture of this big gull, I agree with RKJ about the ID, top class, many tfs!!
