Willow Warbler for me too, for the longer pp and supercilium is much more distinct than a Chiffchaff. Legs don’t appear dark enough in the second picture for Chiffchaff.
 
After the first photo, I posted that I thought it was probably a Chiffchaff. I've always found the white lower eye-ring a pretty reliable character, and what little could be seen of the leg looked dark. The primary projection did look rather long though... then we had the second photo, the pp definitely looked too long, and though the legs did look fairly dark, the feet didn't. I deleted my post. I didn't know about emargination of P6 (thanks Roland). Willow Warbler it is.
 
Yes, 3 emarginations on 3, 4, 5, for WW.
and 4 emarginations to include 6 for CC.
