I photographed this patient little (3-4") hummingbird many times, both with and without flash, but am not sure I have him correctly identified as a red-billed emerald. He was in a garden at ~1100 meters elevation near La Mesa, west of Bogota. Had slightly curved black bill with some yellow/red on underside of lower bill near its base, no post-ocular spot, forked tail, and at rest his wings did not extend past the tail. Sorry about flash reflection from twig. These are probably the most useful photos I got. I appreciate any ID help you can provide.
