First bird is Cooper's hawk (long head projection, straight wings with very little bulge in secondaries, rounded tail supports ID but is not diagnostic alone).
The second bird is trickier, especially with the lighting. The last image (4518) may be most helpful, and I think it's a molting immature (2cy) dark-morph Short-tailed Hawk. Large white ovals in primaries (not crescents of Red-shouldered), head and bill look proportionally small. In image 4526, the upswept primary tips (like a commercial jet
) are also supportive of Short-tailed Hawk.
