Please help ID these 2 birds (1 Viewer)

I live on the Emerald Coast in Panama City Florida. I have started a Catalogue of the birds I have seen in my area during the last 30 years. Could someone help me identifying the 2 birds I am attaching images of. I am not sure if they are both Northern Gannets or if one of them is a Booby.

Surely 2's bill/gape structure is gannet too

Thank you. Do you know if it is common to see the masked booby on the Emerald Coast. I have only seen it 3 or 4 times over 30 years.
