I don't see how this species links to the storm-petrel - see rule #5 in the first post.

They both are dark birds with remarkable white in the wings, like this, though mine isn't too dark:

Bowerbirds are well known for being great mimics (as are mockingbirds), though not sure that this is one of them, but he must be related to one!!
