Fieldfare on the basis of while it may be common during the winter, only a few confirmed instances of breeding in Northern England and Scotland
 
K - Knot - one of the more unusual passage/wintering waders down in Cornwall (unlike elsewhere in the county where you can get flocks of 1000s)
 
L-Lapwing again seen a few times flying over the house and garden although it has been many years since I've seen any,sign of the times.
 
M- Montagu’s harriers

I once volunteered at a reserve and was told about some possibly breeding at the reserve. About as specific as I can get.

Q - Quail. Think that is self-explanatory ... former breeder and rare passage migrant at least.
