Hotspots in north of Norway (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I think about summer travel into the north.
One idea is north Sweden.
Other idea is northern Finnland and Norway e.g. Varangerfjord.

I look for waders, loons, but main emphasis is Capercaillie and Gyr Falcon.
Where are the best chances ?
