I was very excited to see this today, distant views made me think Pigeon Guillemot. Went back to RV got the camera and was able to find the bird again. You can see a very small amount of red on the leg In the second photo. Looked black in person, but more brown in the photos and the beak doesn’t look correct. Now I am not so sure. Apart from range, the wing bar imo points to Pigeon Guillemot Lisa.

Thanks, Ken. It was the wing bars that made me think of Pigeon Guillemot. I have just never seen one before so want to be sure.
