Cinnamon Teal? Reno, NV, July 2015 (1 Viewer)

I took these photos of a duck on a pond in Reno, Nevada, in July of 2015. It was late in the evening, and I was only able to walk along the east side of the pond, so all my photos are heavily in shadow, which is why I've lightened the exposure considerably. The adult duck in these photos has a long enough bill that I think only Northern Shoveler and Cinnamon Teal remain as possibilities, and the bill appears too uniformly dark grey for Northern Shoveler. Is this, therefore, a female Cinnamon Teal?
