Buteo hawk in Myanmar (1 Viewer)

This photographs were shot late March north of Pyin U Lwin in Myanmar.
The bird looked like a buteo hawk.
Any clue on that bird ?

I can't see a Black Eagle here, shape is very different IMO; being not familiar with Myanmar, I will not try to identify precisely.

Buteo have usually shorter tail and 5 "fingers" (this bird have 6).

I've never seen such a dark one, but the shape matches well, and they can be dark as far as I can see online... so I guess you've nailed it!

Agee with OHB. Also with fainted undertail band and dark iris, this could suggest a juvenile bird.
