It certainly has the silhouette of Bat Hawk - are you able to lighten the image at all?

Unfortunately no. I was hoping someone could give me an answer based on shap and number of wing feathers. Because there are no other birds in the area with that silouhette, other rhan bat hawk, nightjars and possibly falconets.

Only thing I just realized is that it is slightly out of range

Doesn't strike me as bat hawk - they're peregrine-like, not weirdly-long- and fat-headed like this. Dollarbird seems right.

I did a lot of google searching and Dollarbird seems to be the best match.
