Overview
A major hawkwatch and migratory flyway, located on the south shore of Lake Ontario, northwest of Rochester, New York State.
Braddock Bay Raptor Research is the only place/organization in the country that manages a banding station that is open to the public.

Rarities include American White Pelican, Brown Pelican, Wood Stork, Swallow-tailed Kite, Mississippi Kite, Swainson's Hawk, Gyrfalcon, Piping Plover, Marbled Godwit, Roseate Tern, Royal Tern, Boreal Owl, Cave Swallow, Townsend's Warbler, MacGillivray's Warbler, Summer Tanager, Nelson's Sparrow, Le Conte's Sparrow, Brewer's Blackbird.
