Identification
17–19 cm; a medium-sized warbler with a rather long tail
Distribution
Australasia: Known from 2 specimens from New Britain (Bismarck Archipelago), Papua New Guinea.
Taxonomy
This is a monotypic species[1].
Some authorities consider this to be a subspecies of Bougainville Thicketbird[2]and yet others of Guadalcanal Thicketbird[3]
Habitat
Found in the undergrowth of mountainous forests.
Behaviour
Diet
There is very little information, but they are known to include insects in their diet.
