Laterallus (jamaicensis?) tuerosi

Only described recently (Fjeldså, 1983), Howard & Moore (2003) treat tuerosi as a subspecies of the Black Rail (L. jamaicensis). Clements (2007) grants it full species status, and the Opus awaits further clarification.
